Kashi Street Meals
Kashi is a yoga center located in Little Five Points, which is very close to the Atlanta metro area. Every Tuesday, members of this organization get together in the basement of the yoga facility and make bagged lunches for the homeless. Each bagged lunch gets a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, juice, crackers or other treats, and a napkin. The lunches get delivered the next day around noon at the homeless shelter on Peachstree and Pine. Kashi opens up this project to the whole surrounding community, including Georgia Tech students.
